RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for you continued support of our carefully crafted garments and accessories. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase please contact us, we are here to help. If any item is defective or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange a prompt replacement.
SHIPPING: Free domestic shipping over 100$. All free shipping items will be sent out via the most economical choice with a tracking number. In most cases this is USPS first class. If you would like shipping overseas or in a different manor, please contact us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Full price items are the only ones eligible for returns and exchanges. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with your receipt within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. We will then issue a credit or a refund. Refunds/credits will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited by the original method of payment. Credits will be issued via a personalized online code.
Returns by mail: Please contact us first before shipping your item back to us. No returns will be accepted after the 2 week return period. Please indicate the reason for your return. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
